Award amount

Up to $5,000

Eligibility

First, second, and third-year medical or dental students (MS, DS, and OMS 1, 2, and 3); Must be in good standing at an accredited U.S. medical or dental school; Must be current or pending CAMS Student members

Requirements

Research project must last between 8 and 10 weeks; Project must be supervised by a physician or dentist; Preference given to projects related to Chinese American health issues; Must submit a written report upon completion; Must submit an abstract by August 31, 2026; Must present work at the CAMS Annual Scientific Meeting on November 21, 2026
