Legal residents of the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and D.C.; Enrolled in an accredited graduate program for the 2026-2027 academic year; Over the age of majority; Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; Demonstrate leadership abilities and good moral character

Requirements

Submit personal information; Submit a video addressing core principles for positive change; Agree to abide by official rules; Execute and return Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release; Agree to background investigation
