Eligibility
Must be old enough to enter a legally binding contract.; Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.; Must be current on all Sallie Mae loans.; Must not have been 30+ days past due in the last 12 months.; Must have had no student loan in hardship forbearance or modified repayment for 12 months prior.
Requirements
Provide proof of graduation or certificate program completion.; Provide proof of income.; Demonstrate satisfactory payment history.; Pre-pay 12 principal and interest payments or make 12 on-time payments.; Pass a credit review with no bankruptcy, foreclosure, default, or 90-day delinquencies in 24 months.
