Requirements
Language evaluation must be conducted by a college or university language instructor.; Evaluator must assess speaking, listening, and reading proficiency.; Evaluator must indicate the applicant's placement level in a US university language program.

Language Evaluation Form; Scanned PDF or JPG of completed evaluation form; Scans or emails of external language test results (e.g., HSK, TOCFL, JLPT, TOPIK, OPI scores)
How to apply
Applicant must reply 'yes' to the 3rd-year language requirement in the application portal.; Evaluator must email the completed, signed Language Evaluation Form to contactus@blakemorefoundation.org.; Applicant must email external test results to contactus@blakemorefoundation.org.
