Eligibility

Must have been awarded a PhD no earlier than November 1, 2023, in a country other than Israel; PhD candidates may apply if they defend by June 1, 2027; Must not have received any academic degree from an Israeli institution; Must not have begun a postdoctoral position in Israel before September 1, 2026; Must secure an academic sponsor at an eligible Israeli institution

Requirements

Must perform research at one of the eight listed Israeli academic institutions; Must provide official university documentation for dissertation defense date if currently enrolled
