Eligibility

Must be a Canadian qualified donee as defined by the Canada Revenue Agency; Projects must fit within strategic priority areas; Organizations must have stable financial health, strong governance, and audited financial statements; Organizations must have paid staff and at least two years of experience in the field

Requirements

No direct grants to individuals (except through Foundation-managed fellowships, scholarships, or prize programs); No partisan political or religious activities; No retroactive costs; No funding for capital campaigns, endowments, or debt financing as sole purposes
