PhD candidates from all countries and academic disciplines; Enrolled at accredited institutions of higher learning outside of Israel; Must have completed at least one year of PhD studies at time of application; No prior academic experience in Israel (undergraduate or graduate); Must not be conducting ongoing research in Israel at time of application; Must secure a faculty host from an eligible Israeli institution
