George B. Autry Fellowship for Southern Policy & Research
A two-year, full-time fellowship program for early-career professionals focused on equity-centered research, policy analysis, and leadership in the U.S. South.
Within three years of completing a college degree or within one year of completing a graduate degree; Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship; Ability to drive to Durham and/or other MDC partner communities in North Carolina 1-2 times per month
Requirements
Experience in policy analysis, participatory research, strategic communications, community engagement, or program evaluation; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Desire to strengthen racial equity and economic mobility in the South; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting applications
