Requirements

Researcher must have ability to conduct research, expertise, and time.; Practitioner must have experience with population, organizational support, and commitment.; Research Plan: Approach, Design, Setting, Participants, Procedures, Measurement.; Collaboration Plan: Management structure, roles, decision-making, continuation.; Budget: Requested budget and disbursement plan aligned with objectives.
