Eligibility
Must be an AOS member; Full-time or recently graduated undergraduate, masters, or doctoral student; Postdoctoral researcher without access to funds from major granting agencies; Must be the individual conducting the research and responsible for data analysis; Maximum of one research grant per year and two research grants per lifetime
Requirements
Active AOS membership for 2026; Research must be in an area of avian biology; Must indicate advisor approval of the project; Proposals must be submitted in English; Research expected to be completed within one calendar year
