Requirements
Cover letter with vita; Official transcripts from undergraduate and graduate institutions; Typewritten, detailed description of the dissertation topic and proposed research plan (10 page maximum); Three letters of recommendation (including one from your dissertation advisor)
Application materials
Online application; Copy of transcript (official or unofficial); Brief project proposal (up to two pages); Letter from collaborating mentor; Two letters of support from faculty members; Simple budget estimating travel and living expenses
