Masters and Ph.D. graduate students; Students must be studying at a US or Canadian University; Must be presenting an accepted paper at a technical society conference; Technical conferences can be held within the United States or internationally
Requirements
First-come, first-served basis; Stipend awarded semi-annually (January-June and July-December); If no applicant is selected in a six-month timeframe, two applicants may be considered in the subsequent timeframe if funds permit
Application materials
Cover letter; Proof of paper acceptance for presentation at the conference (e.g., acceptance letter or email); Personal statement (1-2 pages about career goals/plans and expected outcomes of attending the conference)
