Post-professional Master’s (OT) graduate, OTD graduate, or OT clinician; From under-represented, disabled, and/or under-resourced backgrounds; Not current faculty, PhD student, or accepted into PhD program
Requirements
Create individualized development plan with mentor; Participate in weekly/biweekly meetings and training; Prepare and present final poster at 2027 AOTA INSPIRE; Submit research fund expense report; Complete post-program evaluation
