Eligibility

Must hold a doctoral degree; Must have a full-time faculty or professional appointment at an academic or research institution; Must have completed a training fellowship; Must be an independent, self-directed researcher; Institution must be a nonprofit located in the United States; Must be authorized to work in the United States

Requirements

Applicants are limited to one American Lung Association LOI and one application per cycle; Grant can be awarded to an applicant only once; Institutional commitment for the duration of the grant is required; LOI submission is required prior to full application
