Eligibility

Must be an AIPS individual member in good standing at the time of application and throughout the tenure of the grant.; Must currently be affiliated with a US institution.; US Citizens: Research can be proposed for Pakistan only (Islamabad and/or Lahore) OR countries other than Pakistan and the US.; Non-US Citizens: Research can be proposed for Pakistan only OR countries other than Pakistan and the US (limited funds available).

Requirements

Research duration must be at least 2 months and less than 9 months.; Post-doctoral applicants are required to submit one letter of recommendation.; Liability waiver required regarding security issues and fellowship terms.; AIPS does not offer funding for dependents, spouses, or significant others.
