U.S. citizen; Current AIMS member; Graduate students (M.A. or Ph.D.), independent scholars, or faculty; Must not have received an AIMS award in either of the two previous funding cycles; U.S. citizens
Requirements
Research must be conducted in Algeria, Mauritania, Morocco, or Tunisia; Must be primary research; Must obtain IRB clearance before departure if applicable; Must present research at an AIMS Overseas Research Center or affiliated center; Must submit a written report to the AIMS Secretariat within one month of completing fieldwork; Research period is expected to be a full-time effort
