Go to https://proposalcentral.com/ and login under the “Application Login” section.; Click the gray Grant Opportunities tab in the upper right.; Select the grant maker and click the Filter List by GrantMaker button.; Click the “Apply Now” link to start an LOI or Full Proposal.; Enter a project title and click Save.; Navigate to application sections to add data and/or files.
