Requirements
Must include measurement of suicidal behavior at baseline and follow-up; Must be grounded in a conceptual model; Evidence of feasibility for data collection must be provided; Short-term risk: Implementation/dissemination science for clinical settings; Reaching 20%: Must address potential to reduce U.S. suicide rates at scale; Blue sky: Must be highly innovative and beyond the scope of Innovation Grants
