Advanced doctoral students at dissertation writing stage (usually last year); U.S. citizens or permanent residents enrolled in a doctoral program; Non-U.S. citizens enrolled in a doctoral program at a U.S. institution; University faculty and postdoctoral researchers with completed doctoral degrees; U.S. citizens or permanent residents for research grants; Non-U.S. citizens affiliated with a U.S. university/institution/employer for research grants

Requirements

Follow proposal guidelines; Clear and concise description; Research advances knowledge and methods; Salient research topic supported by literature; Measures clearly defined; Rigorous and appropriate statistical techniques
