Eligibility
Must be a 2025 or 2026 Graduate Student member of AERA.; Must be enrolled in a graduate program during the Annual Meeting.; Must not be an author on any submission to the AERA Annual Meeting Open Call.; Presenting authors must meet all eligibility requirements.
Requirements
Work must be beyond the idea development phase.; Must articulate research problem, theoretical framework, research questions, methods, data sources, preliminary findings, and scholarly significance.; Must have a well-specified plan for data collection and analysis.; 1000-word limit (excluding references, figures, and tables).
Application materials
Research paper submission (1000-word limit).
How to apply
