ACSM Franklin EIM-OC Microgrant Application Sample
A sample application form for the Franklin Exercise is Medicine On Campus (EIM-OC) Microgrants, including PA Assessment & Referral, PA Promotion, and PA Screening & Education grants.
Lead investigator must be a national ACSM member in good standing; Lead investigator must be full-time faculty or staff of the applicant institution; Applicant institution must be a registered EIM-OC program; Grantees must remain ACSM members through the life of the grant
Requirements
Must be a registered EIM-OC institution; Must have a five-person EIM-OC leadership team; Must adhere to ACSM Foundation policies regarding research presentation and reporting; Must disclose use of Artificial Intelligence tools in proposal development
Application materials
CV or Resume of Lead Investigator; Itemized budget; Budget narrative; Bibliography; Letter of Support (required for PA Promotion Grants); Reprints of relevant publications (optional, max 3)
