Requirements
Must explain why the work needs to be done in Rome; Must be a collaborative project; Must address how the project benefits from a multidisciplinary community in Rome; Must address what guides or motivates the work; Must address the importance of Rome's past to the present; Must identify resources in Rome or Italy significant to the project
Application materials
Completed online application form; Current résumé/curriculum vitae (including languages and fluency); One- to four-page project proposal; Work sample (up to 20 pages for text-based, up to 40 pages for mixed media); Three reference letters; Application fee
How to apply
Submit online application via the provided portal; Upload required documents as separate digital files; Recommenders submit letters electronically; Pay application fee via credit card online or by check/money order; Mail hardcopy materials (if applicable) postmarked by 15 November
