Must be an enrolled Tribal citizen; Must be enrolled in a federally recognized, state recognized, or non-federally recognized Tribe located in the continental U.S. or Alaska; Must be enrolled full-time (12 credit hours for undergraduate, 9 for graduate); Must maintain a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale; Must be seeking an Associate's degree or higher; Must be enrolled with a Native Nation (federally or non-federally recognized) from the continental US or Alaska

Completed application form; Verification of Tribal enrollment; Application essays; Transcript (unofficial accepted); Connection to Tribal Nation and Indian Country; Submit proof of Native Nation enrollment (I.D. card or official letter)
