Award amount

Up to $2,500 per fiscal year for full-time faculty travel

Eligibility

Full-time faculty members; Faculty delivering a paper or serving as a discussant; Faculty attending as an officer of a sponsoring association or journal editor

Requirements

Prior approval from department chair and Jessica Roumali at least six weeks before departure; Submission of conference program or URL; Use of official travel agency (American Express Travel) for airfare; Submission of Travel Expense Report within 15 days of trip completion; Itemized receipts required for reimbursement

Travel Request Form; Conference program or URL; Travel Expense Report; Airline ticket and boarding pass; Itemized receipts for hotel and other expenses; Completed conference registration form

How to apply

Obtain prior approval from department chair; Submit request to Jessica Roumali (Gasson 109) at least six weeks prior to departure; Submit Travel Expense Report to department administrator within 15 days of trip completion
