Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans
The Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans provides merit-based funding for New Americans, immigrants, and children of immigrants.

- Up to $25,000 per year in stipend support paid directly to the Fellow for up to two years.
- Up to $20,000 per year in tuition support for up to two years, paid directly to the university.
- Program-paid attendance at the annual Fall Conference in New York City over the two years of the fellowship.

- Must be 30 years old or younger as of the application deadline.
- Must hold a bachelor's degree as of fall 2027.
- Must plan to be enrolled full-time in an eligible degree-granting graduate or professional program in the United States in the 2027–2028 academic year.
- If already in graduate school when applying, must not have started the third year of the degree program seeking funding for as of the application deadline.
- Both birth parents must have been born outside of the United States as non-US citizens and must not have been eligible for US citizenship at the time of their births.

- Standardized test scores (if required for admission to the applicant's graduate program)
- Three to five letters of recommendation
- Optional exhibits
- Mid-January 2027: Applicants notified of finalist status
- February 2027: Interviews with the 77 finalists
- March 2027: Winners notified
- Mid-April 2027: 2027 Fellows announced publicly
- Fall 2027: Fellowship funding and term begins
